Booking Terms

Please pay the court fee within 15 minutes after booking and send the payment proof to customer service.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: A 10% processing fee will apply to all refunds.
  2. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: Unfortunately, no refund can be provided.
  3. Transfer option: If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your reservation to another person.

Full refund will be provided if the courts cannot be used due to force majeure factors such as weather or government policies.
